Before you get started.
For companies looking to act on postural strain, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and workplace wellbeing, notably through their HR, QVT, HSE or QHSE teams.
Directly on your premises in Luxembourg, in a space we define together.
Generally 6 to 12 participants, ideally 8 to 10.
Yes, interventions are held in French and can be offered in English on request.
The company selects participating employees internally and shares the list with Heal On Site. For training sessions, this list is also used to send each participant a preliminary questionnaire.
Individual consultations (€90) are paid directly by employees and generally reimbursed by their health insurance. The company only covers travel and administrative costs: €128.21 excl. VAT per half-day, €213.68 excl. VAT per full day.
No. Interventions are limited to Luxembourg and travel costs are already included in the rate above.
For on-site consultations, 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule free of charge. For training, the notice period is one month.
No individual medical data. Only aggregated elements (participation, satisfaction) may be shared, as agreed with you.
